Real adaptive assessment is a measurement problem before it's a UI problem. Our work is grounded in the psychometric models that high-stakes testing actually relies on — so a score means something, and the next question is the right one.

An adaptive real estate exam-preparation platform for Texas, Florida, and California, built around a real Computer Adaptive Testing engine rather than a static quiz bank. Its free diagnostic estimates readiness, maps performance to each state’s official exam blueprint, and shows candidates exactly what to fix before test day.

  • CAT engine using Item Response Theory, producing a 0–100 readiness score with a stated confidence range
  • State-first question banks mapped to the official Texas, Florida, and California exam blueprints
  • Source-verified legal content and misconception tracking that identifies repeated conceptual gaps
